My Thoughts:

  • Admirals Club® and Priority Check-in are the primary reasons I have the card. I highly value Priority Check-in as I almost always have a checked bag and it helps to reduce the stress of the check-in process. The Admirals Clubs® that I’ve been to have been decent and I’ve never experienced overcrowding or been turned away.
  • The Grubhub and car rental credits are easy enough to use but they’re really MEH as a benefit.
  • I don’t use Lyft and probably never will so the Lyft credit is a loss.
  • I fly American quite a bit and will continue to hold this card for the near future.
  • Priority Baggage Handling would be the only other benefit I wish they would add.
